I am back home now in Canada, and wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for the excellent service your team provides. Our transfer from Faro to Lagos was seamless, a total breeze and super pleasant through the entire trip. We arrived safe and sound at the hotel! We didn't have to worry about the return leg as he was at the house exactly when he said he would be, it's fab having the same driver for both legs. We were flying from Hong Kong via Heathrow to Lisbon, and as soon we were acknowledged that there will be a delay from HK and might miss our connection flight, we informed them. Immediately, they said it's OK and asked us to update our new connection flight as soon as we reach Heathrow, since it'll take 3 hours for the car to reach Lisbon. Finally we got our new connection flight, everything was rescheduled and we arrived our lovely destination in Algarve safe, fast and sound, despite of another sudden delay of our flight from London. The driver was very helpful with our luggage, and can communicate in English quite well. We'll book them again on our return trip to Lisbon.
